I've just come back from a flying visit back to Iceland where I had been invited to give a talk at Agile Ísland. In an effort to actually keep this blog somewhat up to date below are links to the slides and such like.
This was a great 1 day conference full of friendly enthusiastic people which concluded with an Open Space session. This was the first time I had participated in an 'Open Space' at a conference and I found it to be a great way to allow free interaction with other attendees with slightly more direction than the usual 'hallway track'. Definitely a structure I would participate in at other conferences in future. Overall Agile Ísland was a good small conference and well recommended to others in future.
I managed to also catch the first evening of Iceland Airwaves, and most importantly my good friends Rökkurró in their first off venue show at 12 Tónar showing off songs from their new album INNRA. Check them out as they are amazing.
The slides for the talk can be found here.
